Talgat Kisebaev is a specialist in biodiversity monitoring at ACBK. Talgat completed a degree in Game Management at Kazakh National Agricultural University and has extensive experience monitoring ungulates, snow leopards, and birds. Much of his work time is spent conducting field exepditions. He lives in Almaty Region.
